摘要
拉西瓦水电站总装机容量为6台700MW水轮发电机,机组自2008年5月首台投入并网使用至今,一直发挥着巨大的作用,在例行检修时发现2F、5F机组推力瓦和镜板出现非正常磨损,通过检修时目击的现象及结合现场实际情况,从整个推力系统入手,综合分析了产生这一现象的本质原因,并结合电站检修时间、工具等方面限制的实际情况,采取现场处理镜板、调整喷油管、调用备用推力瓦等工艺方案,圆满的解决了问题,为巨型机组推力轴承系统现场处理积累了经验。
Abstract The unit of Laxiwa hydropower station consists of six 700-MW hydraulic turbine generators. The first of them had put into grid since May 2008 and has always played a huge role. The abnormal wear and tear were found on thrust bearing bushes and mirror plates of 2F and 5F units in a routine inspection. Starting from the entire thrust system, this paper compre- hensively analyzes the essential reason of this phenomenon based on the witnessed phenomenon and actual condition on site. The problems were satisfactorily resolved by adopting technologies such as on-site processing of mirror plate, adjustment of oil injection .pipe and replacement of spare thrust bearing bush on the basis of actual conditions such as the limited maintenance time and instruments. It can accumulate some experiences with on-site treatment of thrust bearing system of jumbo unit.
