摘要
本文首先利用有限元软件ANSYS对某型中速V16柴油机的曲轴进行强度计算分析。计算了曲轴在不同气缸发火时,曲轴的应力情况。然后又利用AVL-Designer对曲轴的强度再次进行分析校核,另外对主轴承工作情况进行计算分析,分析各主轴承的受力情况,轴心轨迹及润滑情况。
Strengthen analysis was conducted on a medium-speed,V16 diesel engine adopting ANSYS software,and different stress status of crankshaft with ignition in different pneumatic cylinders were obtained.Then re-calcultion and reexamination to the strength was conducted by AVL-Designer.Additionally,the working conditions of mainshaft bearings were calculated in order to facilitate analysis of its force,axial center track and lubricating condition.
