摘要
哈氏可磨度是煤粉加工利用过程中一个重要指标,它与煤的破碎机理、煤粒破碎后的粒度分布均有关系。本文在测定三种煤粉的哈氏可磨度的基础上,将其中两种按不同比例混合,然后针对不同比例混煤测定其哈氏可磨度。结果表明混煤的哈氏可磨性与单煤哈氏可磨度之间不呈线性关系,而是趋于难磨煤种。随着易磨煤种含量的增加,混煤的哈氏可磨度只呈现微小的增加。
The HGI of coal is an important parameter in pulverized coal utilization,and the HGI is relevant to the coal pulverization and the particle size distribution.This article is on the basis of three coals,mixing two coals with different proportion in order to find out the HGI of blended coals.It is found that the HGI of blended coals was non-additive especially when coals of very different HGI are blended,approaching the coal whose HGI is low.As the coal whose HGI is high has increased,the HGI of blended coals has only minimal increase.
