摘要
为了测量锅炉负荷率、排烟热损失和气体未完全燃烧热损失,采用燃煤理论空气量的计算方法,结合锅炉环保监测中烟气测量参数,能够简便准确的计算出燃料燃烧量和q2、q3、锅炉负荷率,为锅炉经济运行和节能管理提供基础数据。制作了快速估算表,该方法简便、易于操作,具有较强的实用意义。
Calculations of theoretical combustion air demand,combined with the boiler exhaust gas measurement parameters during the monitoring step,are used to obtain the boiler load rate,exhaust gas heat losses and the heat losses due to unburned gas.This method,which calculates easily and accurately the fuel consumption,q2,q3 and the boiler load,provides a basic data for the concern of economic operation and energy-saving management.Based on this study,a rapid estimate sheet comes out.Besides,this method is easy to operate,and characterized by its practical significance.
