摘要
从制度创新视角诠释了开放式知识共享产业技术创新平台的内涵,根据上海新能源汽车产业发展的特点,提出了建设上海新能源汽车产业技术创新平台的设想,并给出了平台发展建议。
This study looks at the connotation of the open knowledge sharing technological innovation platform model from the perspective of institution innovation. Based on the developmental features of the new energy automotive industry in Shanghai, not only construction assumptions but also developmental advice about new energy automotive industry have been provided in this report.
