Research on a New Pattern of Opening up of Construction in Guizhou Province

西部大开发10年之后,全国已进入加速发展阶段。贵州作为经济欠发达地区,站在"十二五"新起点上,积极适应新形势的变化,启动新一轮开放型经济,加快与外部经济的合作与交流,缩小与发达地区的差距,构建新时期对外开放新格局已成为客观要求。在系统分析贵州对外开放现状的基础上,探讨存在的主要问题,并提出构建新时期贵州对外开放新格局的总体思路和对策建议。

Ten years after the Western Dew：lopment9 it has stepped into an acceleration development stage. At the begin- ning of the 12th five year plan, the need for Guizhou to adapt to the new picture positively, speed up external economic co- operation and exchange, narrow the gap between Guizhou and the developed regions and launch another open up economy to build another pattern of opening up is required objectively. This essay figures out the problems during the opening up on the basis of the system analysis of the current situation, striving to put forward with some general methods and policy sug- gestion on how to construct.
