结合三里坪碾压混凝土双曲拱坝设计和施工的特点,介绍了大坝碾压混凝土施工过程中质量监理的重点控制项目。以工艺流程为主线,对施工过程中的碾压混凝土试验、原材料检测、混凝土配料与拌和、碾压混凝土入仓方式以及应注意的问题、碾压混凝土摊铺与碾压、变态混凝土施工工艺控制、质量检验等各环节作了详细介绍,并论述了其中的质量控制要点。检验结果表明,施工质量得到了有效保证。为类似工程碾压混凝土施工提供了参考。

The key quality controlling points in supervision of RCC construction of Sanliping Dam is introduced combining with the design and construction characteristics of double curvature arch dam.Taking the technological process as the main line,the key points of quality control of each step are presented,including the RCC test,raw material test,concrete batching and mixing,the placement way of RCC,the paving and rolling of the concrete,construction of abnormal concrete and quality test.
