摘要
三里坪水利水电枢纽是汉江中游暴雨洪水主要来源地南河上的控制性防洪工程,水库承担下游谷城县和汉江中下游防洪的双重任务。根据历史水文资料,选取南河干流、水库与谷城县城区间以及丹江口不同典型洪水组合,采取洪水演进方法,分析了三里坪水库对南河下游及汉江中下游的防洪效果,拟定了三里坪水库防洪调度方式。采取经优化确定的调度方式,将减少汉江中下游民垸分蓄量及提高谷城县县城的抗洪能力。
Sanliping hydro-complex on the Nanhe River in the rainstorm area of middle Hanjiang River is a key flood control project for the downstream Gucheng County and middle-lower Hanjiang River.According to historical data,typical flood combinations of the main stream of Nanhe River,the area between the reservoir and Gucheng County and the Danjiang River are selected for analyzing the flood control effect of the project on the lower Nanhe River and the middle-lower Danjiang River by flood routing approach and the reservoir regulation mode is determined.The flood control regulation of Sanliping Reservoir can mitigate the flood diversion and storage of the polders in the middle-lower Hanjiang River and improve the flood control capacity of Gucheng County.
