大豆耐涝研究进展

Research progress on waterlogging tolerance in soybean

涝害是大豆生产中面临的重要自然灾害之一,研究大豆种质资源的耐涝性,探索其耐涝机理,对培育选择耐涝品种具有重要的意义。文章对近年来大豆耐涝鉴定方法与指标、耐涝的遗传学研究、不同时期耐涝研究等方面进行了较全面的综述,对目前大豆耐涝研究中存在的问题进行了分析总结,提出当前大豆耐涝研究的重点应结合生产实际需要,筛选耐涝的大豆遗传材料,选育综合性状好、耐涝性强的大豆品种。

Waterlogging is one of the weighty natural disasters in soybean production,consequently studying waterlogging tolerance in soybean and exploring waterlogging mechanism had huge significance in breeding waterlogging tolerant soybean varieties.The present paper comprehensively summarized identification method,and index of waterlogging tolerance,waterlogging tolerance genetics in soybean in recent years,waterlogging tolerance research in different periods and its existing problems,etc.It proposed that stronger waterlogging tolerant soybean varieties with elite traits shall be screened according to actual production demands.
