摘要
通过对西北地区煤和内地部分煤种的基本性质、灰成分分析,以及对西北煤配煤后所得的焦炭进行焦炭反应性和光学组织的研究,探讨了灰成分对焦炭性能和微观结构的影响。在分析无机矿物质的催化作用基础上,研究了高碱金属含量煤的炼焦机理及焦炭特殊性的原因。
A study on coke reaction index and optical contexture is conducted through the analysis of the basic properties and ash compositions of the coal from the northwest area and part of coals from hinterland as well as the coke obtained from the northwest coal after coal blending. The effect of the ash composition on coke property and microstructure is discussed. On the basis of analyzing the catalysis of inorganic minerals, the cokemaking mechanism of high alkali metal content coal and the reason of particularity of coke are studied.
