合金铸片制粉工艺对烧结NdFeB材料性能的影响 被引量:1

Effects of pulverization from strip casting alloy on the proporties of NdFeB magnet materials

摘要 对片铸工艺制备的同批次NdFeB合金铸片分别采用传统工艺(磨机破碎+气流磨)和新工艺(氢爆碎+气流磨)制粉,并将两种料粉分别通过磁场取向成型、真空烧结及热处理制成烧结NdFeB磁体。对比分析了两种制粉工艺制备的烧结NdFeB材料的显微结构和磁性能。结果表明,采用氢爆碎与气流磨结合的制粉制备的磁性能更高。 Different powders were made fromthe same stip casting alloys by mechanical crash followed by jet milling and hydrogen decrepitation followed by jet milling separately, and sintered NdFeB magnets were prepared from these powders by magnetic field molding, vacuum sintering and heat-treatment. Comparative analysis was made on the microstructure and magnetic properties of samples prepared from the two kinds of powder. The result showed that, the magnetic properties of magnet from powder by HD followed by jet milling is higher than that by mechanical crash followed by jet milling.
