民汉一体化背景下保险精算的教学改革

从师资队伍建设、教材选择、精算专业的前期课程教学、修订保险精算部分专业课程的教学大纲和课程标准、鼓励学生做与精算相关的科学研究、在各专业推广保险精算的核心特色课程等方面具体探讨了保险精算的教学改革措施,并提出合理建议,这些措施有利于建设适合我国各民族精算人才培养的教学体系.

Discussed actuarial practice teaching reform measures,put forward reasonable suggestions from the construction of teaching staff,the selection of teaching material,the teaching of actuarial professional prophase course,reviseing syllabus and curriculum standards of some professional course,encouraging students to do scientific research on insurance actuary,extending of actuarial core courses in various professional.These measures help to the construction of specialized curriculum teaching system that is suitable for the cultivation of every Chinese national actuarial talents.
