短跑起跑后蹬时间-压力曲线的特征研究——以第16届亚运会男子100m跑运动员为例 被引量:3

摘要 为提高我国短跑运动技术水平提供理论支持,以第16届亚运会100m跑男运动员为研究对象,通过对54人次的起跑后蹬时间-压力曲线结构进行对比分析,得出了双波峰与三波峰两种曲线类型。研究结果表明:双波峰结构优势在于双脚后蹬时间短和双脚后蹬力量更大,是一种更为合理的起跑后蹬时间-压力曲线结构。在起跑训练中,我们应重点加强双脚后蹬用力协同性的训练。如果劳义在起跑训练中将其起跑后蹬时间-压力曲线由三波峰结构转变为双波峰结构,将使他的100m成绩由10.24s提高到10.21s的水平。 To provide theoretical support for the sprint technique of China, taking the 100 - metre male sprinters in the 16th Asian Games as subjects, this article compared and analyzed the structure of the pre - start back kick time - pressure curve of 54 person - time, getting two curve types i.e. double - peak curve and three - peak curve. The result of the research proves that the advantage of double - peak curve is shorter back kick time with stronger force, which is a more reasonable structure of pre - start back kick time and pressure curve. In the training for the start of sprint, we should emphasize the coordination of back kick force. If the three- peak curve can be changed into double -peak curve in the training process, Lao Yi's score for 100 -metre sprint can be improved from 10.24s to 10.21s.
