摘要
通过试验分析了磨削过程中砂带速度、砂带目数以及木材纹理方向对于磨削力、法向力和磨削过程中功率损耗的影响,研究表明:磨削力均值和砂带速度呈降幂变化规律,法向力均值和砂带速度呈二次幂变化规律,磨削力均值与砂带目数呈线性增加趋势,法向力均值和砂带目数呈二次幂变化规律。功率损耗和砂带速度呈二次幂变化规律,和砂带目数呈线性变化规律。其中顺纹理磨削过程中磨削力、法向力及功率最大,横纹理最小。
The paper states the powerloss effect of sanding-belt speed, sanding mesh and wood grain on the sanding force, normal force and the sanding power during the sanding process. The results show that the effects of sanding-belt speed on average sanding force presented a descending order relationship and on average normal force performance for a quadratic relationship. The sanding mesh on average sanding force presented an increasing linear relationship and a quadratic relationship was found between sanding mesh and average normal force. Sanding power had a relationship of quadratic with sanding-belt speed variation and a liner relationship with sanding mesh. The average sanding force, average normal force and sanding power were the biggest when sanding parallels to wood grain and the smallest when it is vertical to wood grain.
