摘要
通过热重(TG)和差热分析(DTA),考察经不同浓度的MUF及其与硼酸、硼砂复配的改性液处理后柳杉木材的热分解过程,结果表明:MUF对木材具有一定的催化成炭作用,复配硼酸、硼砂后其催化成炭作用得到进一步的加强;MUF促进了木材燃烧时的氧化分解,但复配硼酸、硼砂后,氧化分解反应得到明显抑制,放热量降低,剩炭率提高。
The thermal decomposition of Cryptomeria Fortunei wood treated by melamine-urea-formaldehyde (MUF) resin and the mixture of MUF/boric acid/borax (MBB) with different concentrations were studied by thermogravimetry (TG) and differential thermal analysis (DTA). Results showed that MUF had certain catalytic effect on carbon forming, and the effect was further enhanced after adding boric acid and borax into MUF. The oxidative decomposition of wood in combustion was accelerated due to the treatment of MUF, but obviously restrained after the treatment of MBB. The heat release quantity of wood in combustion was reduced and the char yield ratio of wood after combustion was increased by the treatments of MUF and MBB.
