罗布麻纤维的微观结构及其力学性能研究 被引量:7

摘要 罗布麻纤维横截面形态呈现多样性,中腔有些为圆形孔洞,有些呈缝状;纵向表面沟槽较深,表面有裂纹,纵向无扭转,节与节之间的距离不一。罗布麻纤维的特殊形态结构使其具有较好的吸湿、透气、抗静电、保温及抑菌性能。对罗布麻单纤维力学性能的测试结果显示,罗布麻纤维初始模量大,致使其断裂强度较大而断裂伸长率较小,纤维脆而易断,且通过纵向的观察,由于纤维表面无卷曲,其抱合力较差,因而不易进行纯纺。 This paper has shown that the morphological structure for cross section of apocynum venetum fiber is variety,some lumen is round hole,some is slit,in the longitudinal,there are deep fluted and fracture,no twist,the distance is different between node by observing the cross and longitudinal section.The special morphological structure gives the apocynum venetum fiber better absorption,permeability,antistatic,heat-retaining and antibacterial properties.By testing mechanical property of the single fiber,it has shown that the large initial modulus of apocynum venetum fiber lead to the bigger breaking tenacity and the smaller extension at break,the fiber is brittle.By observing of longitudinal,no twist in surface makes the worse cohesion force and hard pure spinning.
