造纸污泥催化热解特性及其动力学研究 被引量:5

摘要 利用热综合分析仪对造纸污泥在氮气气氛下进行热解和催化热解,研究了造纸污泥的热解、催化热解特性及其动力学.研究结果表明,污泥在氮气气氛下热解的最大失重速率为815.3℃时的-7.89%蛐min,同时氮气气氛下的热解在这个温度段只有一个明显失重峰.催化剂对污泥热解的影响主要在中高温度段,催化剂对污泥热解活化能影响的大小排序如下:MnO2>Al2O3>MgO>Fe2O3>CuO>CaO. The catalytic pyrolysis experiments of paper mill sludge were performed under N2 atmo sphere. The pyrolysis and kinetics of paper mill sludge were studied. The results showed that The maximum rate of weight loss under N2 atmosphere is -7.89%/min when temperature is 815.3 ℃, and pyrolysis is only an obvi- ous weight loss peak in this temperature ranges. The major impact of catalyst on sludge pyrolysis is in high temperature, and the order of impact of catalyst pyrolysis of sludge on the activation energy is:MnO2〉Al203〉 MgO〉Fe203〉CuO〉CaO.
