摘要 为全面、客观地了解宁波市女性科技人才在薪酬待遇、教育、科研工作、社会参与等现状,反映女性科技人才群体的意见和要求,调查组采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样法,对宁波市女性科技人才相关状况进行了全面的调查,分析了影响女性科技工作者作用发挥的原因,并提出了相应的对策与建议,维护了女性科技人才的合法权益,同时为政府部门制定女性科技人才的有关政策提供了参考. In an effort to comprehensively and objectively comprehend the status in quo of female talents in Ningbo in the sectors such as salary earning,education,RD work,social involvements,and to reflect female talents’ requests,outcries and demands,the author of this article conducted an overall probe into the relevant situations using multi-phase and multi-layer random sampling method.With this approach,the factors adversely affecting the role played by female talents are analyzed.Aiming at effectively tackling the problems found in the survey,the corresponding requests and countermeasures are proposed,which not only maintains the legal rights of the female talents,but also offers some helpful insights into the policy-making for the governments when mapping out rules and regulations for the female talents.
