摘要
分析研究了温度条件对不同花生品种种子活力的影响,以便掌握花生播种前最佳的预处理温度。试验通过生物化学、光谱分析和生理学综合进行。研究表明,在不同温度条件下,温度对不同花生品种的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数影响极显著。在低于最适温度时,种子活力随预处理温度的升高而增强;在温度超过最适温度时,种子活力随温度升高逐渐降低直至丧失活力。六个品种分别通过响应曲面法拟合获得的最佳预处理温度为38.11℃、44.05℃、43.37℃、47.18℃、40.23℃和44.41℃。
The effects on the vigor of peanut seeds treated by gradient temperature are studied and analyzed, with a view to obtain a optimal temperature of the pretreatment before sow. The results showed that, upon the gradient time treatments set up in the experiment, significant effects of tem- perature treatments on germination percentage, germination rate and germination index were re- vealed. The vigor of the seed enhanced along with the increase of temperature when which was under optimal temperature; while attenuated even lost along with the increase of temperature when which exceeded optimal temperature. Predicted value of optimal pre-treating temperature of six peanut culti- vars were 38.11℃, 44.05℃, 43.37℃, 47.18℃, 40.23℃ and 44.41~C, respectively
