高速卷筒纸折页机主轴及联轴节的分析与改进

摘要 印刷工业趋于高速化的今天,业内的竞争加剧,印刷成本逐步上升,以致印刷业者的利润不同程度下降。因此,提高印刷速度和单位劳动生产率已成为印刷业必选的途径之一。通过对折页机主传动轴以及联轴节的研究与分析,发现限制折页机速度提高的技术瓶颈。通过分析、改进、试车试验后表明,改进后的主传动轴与联轴节能够满足折页机高速的需求。 With today's printing industry tends to the development of high-speed, the competition in the printing industry is sharply intensified, the printing costs have gradually increased and the profits of printing enterprises have declined in varying degrees. Therefore, improving the printing speed and increase labor productivity has become one of the ways printing industry will choose. Through research and analysis on the main drive shaft and coupling of folder, the technical bottlenecks that limit the folder's speed are found. After analysis, improvement and tests, the data shows that the main drive shaft and coupling improved to meet the high speed requirements of the folder.
