摘要
介绍了一种用于加工超硬脆性、超硬合金、模具钢、非电解镍镀层等难加工材料的纳米级精度微型数控磨床,并对其设计生产过程中遇到的问题及解决方法进行了说明。
This paper introduces a kind of micro nanometric-accuracy CNC grinder, which is used for grinding the material that are difficult to grind(DTG), such as super-hard and brittle material, superhard alloy, mould steel, electroless nickel plating. Furthermore, the key issues and the technological breakthrough in design and production of the machine are detailed.
