摘要
大众传播媒介在传播服饰、美容等信息的过程中,倾向于把焦点集中在常人所难企及的理想身体上,而这种身体形象对于个体的理想身体意象构建,有着极大影响。将媒体所倡导的身体形象内化为自身理想身体意象的个体,往往会产生对自己的身体不满意,进而出现焦虑、抑郁、过度锻炼与节食等状况。本文采用文献综述的方法,通过梳理西方已有研究与相关的理论阐释,探讨个体将媒体所倡导的理想身体内化之后的负面影响,以及几点可能的干预措施。
In the process of disseminating information like clothing,beauty and so on by mass media,they tend to focus on the ideal body,which is hard for ordinary people to match,while this kind of body image has huge impact on individual body image building.The body image which media advocate is internalized the individual of self ideal body image,he or she will perceive pressure to achieve ideal body but always end up with body dissatisfaction,anxiety,depression,excessive exercise and diet and so on.This article attempts to use literature review to discuss the negative influence after the individual internalizes the ideal body which media advocate and gives some possible intervention measures for individuals by combing the existed western researches and related theories on ideal body image.
