裸眼筛管完井水平井酸洗工艺改进在春风油田的应用 被引量:2

摘要 针对春风油田水平井裸眼筛管常规酸洗工艺存在酸洗压力高和钻井泥饼清洗不彻底造成注汽压力高的问题,对目前的酸洗工艺从酸液配方、流体性质和酸洗管柱三个方面进行了改进,满足了春风油田大部分裸眼水平井酸洗的需要。现场应用34井次,后续的注汽和生产效果均见到明显改善。该技术对于解除钻井泥浆污染,较大限度地发挥疏松砂岩油藏产能,提高稠油油藏采收率具有重大意义。 For the problems for high pickling-pressure and high steam injection pressure,to be caused by not thoroughly cleaning of drilling mud cake,during the conventional acid pickling process for horizontal well having open hole and screen pipe completion in Chunfeng Oilfield,we improved the existing technology from respects of acidizing fluid formula,fluid properties and pickling tubular column.The technology after improvement can meet the needs of pickling for most open-hole horizontal wells.The field application of 34 wells show that steam injection ability after pickling and oil production are obviously improved.The technology is significant for removing drilling mud contamination,increasing productivity of unconsolidated sandstone reservoir and oil recovery of heavy oil reservoir.
