校企对接是教育部、财政部提升高等职业学校专业服务产业发展能力项目的建设要求,为了更好地加强专业建设,培养高端技能人才,文章提出了基于人才培养基地建设的校企对接方案,并以安徽职业技术学院"人才培养基地"建设为例,阐述了人才培养基地建设在校企对接中所发挥的重要作用。
