摘要
描述了在用行车三相绕线转子异步电机采用转子串电阻起动方式的缺点,提出用变频器起动方式替换转子串电阻起动方式、用PLC控制取代继电器控制的解决方案,这种方案可以消除原来的缺点,取得线路简化、触点减少、起动平稳、电耗降低、维护工作量减少的结果。介绍了改造方案、改造后电路的控制原理,评价了改造取得的结果。
The disadvantages of rotor resistance starting mode of wound rotor asynchronous motors in on-the-job crane have been described. The resolution, in which VSD starting mode replaces rotor resistance starting mode and PLC control replaces relay control, has been introduced. This kind of resolution can eliminate the existed disadvantages. Circuit has been simplified, contacts number reduced, starting smoothed, energy loss diminished and maintain workload decreased. The reformation has been outlined, the principle of reformed control circuit illustrated, the outcome of reformation evaluated.
