基于“T型”人才培养的校本课程开发的研究——以软件专业为例

摘要 课程是专业理念的载体,但目前部分高校的课程并没有反映专业发展的需求,更无法满足区域性经济和社会发展的多元职业技能的需要。从培养“T型”人才技能出发,以软件专业为例探讨了校本开发的策略,力求促进课程体系、专业教学理念的改革,促进学生就业技能和未来可持续发展能力的提高。
