摘要
本文从实现学校战略目标的高度,以提高学校综合实力为导向,以教学管理改革为核心内容,阐述了BSC理论,分析了高校进行教学经费管理绩效评价的需求,提出了绩效评价指标设计应遵循的原则。在此基础上,构建了高校的教学经费管理绩效评价指标体系。
This paper aims at constructing an evaluation index system in the university teaching and management performance from a brand-new perspective.The paper introduces an evaluation system with the view of improving the comprehensive strength of the university,from the perspective of the school strategic target and with the focus on the reform of teaching management.It describes BSC theory,analyses the demand for evaluation index system about the funds for the university,puts forward the principles about designing evaluation index system and discusses the building of valuation index system about the funds for the university.
