在33具成人尸体上观测了胸导管颈段及其与周围结构的关系,讨论了手术有关事项。左静脉角在锁骨上缘上、下平均5mm 的范围内,被胸锁乳突肌复盖,距其后缘13.4±5.5mm。胸导管弓的最高点距锁骨上缘17.7±8.1mm。建议手术时从颈内静脉内侧显露胸导管.

This paper deals with the obse-rvation and measurement of the dia-meter,shape,type and location ofthe cervical portion of the thoracicduct on 33 adult cadavers as well asits relationship with the adjacent str-uctures.In addition,the surgical pa-rticulars concerning the operations ofthe cervical portion of the thoracicduct are presented.It is advisable toexpose the thoracic duct from the me-dial border of internal jugular veinduring operation.
