摘要
企业有效的战略创业是竞争优势的重要来源,然而关于二者之间内部的确切关系目前的理论研究尚不多见。首先在已有的研究基础上,建立了战略创业和竞争优势之间的关系模型,随后针对性选择了果汁行业龙头企业汇源进行了案例分析。深入研究发现:企业家精神是企业进行战略创业获得竞争优势的强大推动力;资源的战略性管理、国际化发展、市场导向感知能力、社会网络关系能力和组织学习吸收能力是有效手段;战略创业通过形成持续的创新流而获得竞争优势。
An effective strategic entrepreneurship is the important source of competitive advantage,but the explored for the exact relationship between them is still rare in the current theoretical research.This paper establishes a model of the relationship between strategic entrepreneurship and competitive advantage based on the existing research,and pertinently selects the leaders in juice industry,which is China Huiyuan Juice Group Limited,for a case study.In-depth study found:entrepreneurship is a strong driving force for the enterprise to employ strategic entrepreneurship and obtain competitive advantage;strategic management of resources,international development,market-oriented perception,social networking and organizational absorptive capacity of learning are the means;the strategic entrepreneurship obtains the competitive advantage by forming a continuous flow of innovation.
