旨在分析新时期对科研管理人员的要求。随着科技的发展和管理体制改革的深入,科研管理工作会碰到许多新问题,要求科研管理人员具备一定的思想素质和业务素质,不断充实管理专业知识,提高自身的工作能力。

Requirements for scientific research administrator in the new era are discussed preliminarily in this paper. With the constant development of science and technology,and the deepening in administration system reform,new issues of the scientific research management would appear in growing numbers. Ideological and professional quality would be the basic requirements for scientific research administrator. Furthermore,enriching the professional knowledge of management and improving one＇ s own work ability would be important to cater to new situations.
