脓毒症病理机制研究进展 被引量：6

摘要 脓毒症是机体对感染的炎症反应，严重脓毒症则可导致器官功能不全，例如急性呼吸窘迫综合征，急性肾衰竭和急性肝衰竭等。脓毒症休克是严重脓毒症的一种，即使通过液体复苏仍出现难以纠正的低血压。对重症医学科医生来说，
