摘要
本文研究油田产出水对三甘醇脱水效果的影响,着重探讨常见离子对三甘醇性质的影响。利用常压蒸馏法模拟三甘醇脱水,从颜色、粘度、吸水性、含盐量等方面进行观察、测量和分析,得出了油田产出水中常见离子影响三甘醇脱水效果的相关结论;同时利用减压蒸馏法进行了三甘醇回收实验,也试图找寻其它回收方法,以求找到解决三甘醇污染问题的方法,有效的回收三甘醇,取得良好的经济效益和环保效益。
This paper mainly researched on TEG dehydration's influence from output water in oil field,focusing on discussion on influence on the property of triethylene glycol about common ions.Using the method of atmospheric distillation simulated experiment of TEG dehydration,developed measurements and analysis through the color,viscosity,water absorption,salinity and other aspects for observations,we reached related conclusions about TEG dehydration's influence by common ions from output water in oil field.Besides,Using the method of reduced pressure distillation developed the experiment of TEG recovery,also trying to find other recovery methods,in order to finding methods of solve TEG pollution,if TEG is recovered effectively,it will achieve nice benefits to economic and environmental.
