高等学校校院(系)两级学生管理体制模式研究 被引量:1

摘要 学生管理体制即管理工作的架构,通过明确管理工作的层次及各个关联部门的职责关系,提高学生管理工作效率,避免学工处和各院系学生工作重叠现象,以建立和谐有序、宽松与制约相结合的校园环境,利于学生成长成才。
