带血管蒂桡骨茎突骨瓣移位治疗手舟骨骨折

Transfer of pedicled radial styloid flap for scaphoid fracture

桡骨茎突切除是治疗手舟骨骨折的方法之一。作者在显微解剖学基础上,设计了带桡动脉茎突返支为蒂的桡骨茎突骨瓣移位术治疗陈旧性手舟骨骨折。本手术既解除了桡骨茎突对舟骨愈合的不利因素,又利用切除下的茎突带有血管转位移植,达到固定后加速愈合的目的。经9例临床应用随访,效果良好。

This paper is to introduce a newbone flap,the radial styloid flap.It is raised by the styloid branchof the radial artery.Based on thevascular pedicle,the flap can be tra-nsferred to treat the scaphoid fra-cture.This operation is of additionaladvantage as the resection of thestyloid process of radius will reduceits bump against the injured scaphoidbone.Clinically this operation hasbeen performed on 9 patients withsatisfactory results.
