摘要
应用单一产品最优生产批量模型进行决策,只有生产的零部件储存时间满一年时,才能得出正确的结果,为了弥补这一缺陷,应用函数极值法对该模型进行了改进。通过实例证明,企业在同一设备轮换生产多种产品时,不存在共同最优批次,进而提出根据单一最优生产批量模型,解决同一设备轮换生产多种产品的最优安排方法。
he model of single product optimal production lot described in general literature can draw the correct conclusion only when the storage of product is more than one year.Otherwise,wrong decisions will appear.In order to overcome the defects of the model,we employ the method of function extremum to modify it.According to the experience,there is no common lot size when different kinds of products are manufactured in turns by the same equipment.In this condition,we put forward the model of single optimal production lot to optimize the institutional arrangements.
