丙烯酸酯接枝环氧树脂的制备与其接枝率的测定 被引量:3

摘要 采用甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸羟丙酯混合单体通过自由基聚合制备了聚丙烯酸酯树脂,通过接枝共聚反应合成制备了丙烯酸酯接枝环氧树脂,并利用红外光谱、核磁共振13C-NMR谱对其结构进行了表征,详细探讨了采用甲醇热溶冷析分离方法测定丙烯酸酯接枝环氧树脂的接枝率的可行性,研究结果表明:采用甲醇热溶冷析分离方法可以比较精确地测定所合成制备的丙烯酸酯接枝环氧树脂的接枝率;在丙烯酸酯接枝环氧树脂共聚反应中,随着单体用量的增加,丙烯酸酯接枝环氧树脂的接枝率增大,但单体反应率下降。 Copolymer resin of methyl methacrylate(MMA) and hydroxypropyl acrylate(HPA),and epoxy resin grafted with mixture monomers of MMA and HPA are synthesized.And their structures are characterized by FT-IR and 13C-NMR.The feasibility of a determination of grafting yield of epoxy resin grafted with mixture monomers of MMA and HPA dissolved in hot methanol and separated from cold solution is also discussed in detail.The results show that the grafting yield of the resin is correctly determined with this method.In the copolymerization of epoxy resin grafted with the mixture of MMA and HPA,the grafting yield increases with the increase of monomer amount while the monomer reaction rate decreases.
