摘要
某钢厂工作辊在使用过程中发生辊身操作侧断裂事故。通过调查该辊使用情况,分析事故现场和该辊宏观断口断裂过程,并利用扫描电镜进行微观特征检验分析,发现该辊断裂主要原因是其结合层处在使用过程中首先出现了沿轧辊周向扩展的早期裂纹,导致其结合层处出现纵向开裂,进而引起辊身中间层材料沿横截面和外层材料沿与辊面形成约30°角度出现疲劳破坏,最后芯部材料发生瞬时脆断,形成辊身断裂。
L2-8 working roll on F3 in WISCO CSP is fractured on the operation side while in operation.Investigation shows that the main cause of the fracture is due to the primary cracks developing along roll circumference on the joint surface,which leads to its vertical crack on the joint surface,so that fatigue breakage of roll medium material and outer material occurs in an angle of 30°and finally instantaneous fracture takes pace in its core material.
