摘要
目的观察扶正食疗方不同干预方法对化疗所致骨髓抑制模型大鼠外周血细胞的影响。方法将112只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、低剂量食疗方预防组(低预防组)、高剂量食疗方预防组(高预防组)、低剂量食疗方治疗组(低治疗组)、高剂量食疗方治疗组(高治疗组)、高剂量当归补血汤拆方组(高拆1组)和高剂量猪蹄汤拆方组(高拆2组)8组。均以环磷酰胺腹腔注射建立骨髓抑制大鼠模型。空白组、模型组造模后均灌胃生理盐水;低预防组、高预防组均于造模前1周即开始灌胃低、高剂量归芪补血猪蹄汤;低治疗组、高治疗组均于造模后灌胃低、高剂量归芪补血猪蹄汤;高拆1组、高拆2组造模后分别灌高剂量当归补血汤和高剂量猪蹄汤。8组均灌胃至造模后14d结束。结果造模后5d、15d,模型组、低预防组、高预防组、低治疗组、高治疗组、高拆1组和高拆2组与空白组体质量比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);造模后5d除低预防组外,对照组、高预防组与高、低治疗组白细胞显著高于模型组(均P<0.05)。结论归芪补血猪蹄汤预防和治疗性干预可提高骨髓抑制模型大鼠外周白细胞计数。
Objective To compare the effect of a tonic diet applied to myelosuppressed mice with different methods on peripheral blood cell count. Methods A total of 98 SD rats myelosuppressed by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide were commensu- rately and randomly divided into 7 groups, and the other 14 rats were treated as the control group and were given intraperitoneal administration of normal saline. The control group and the model group were fed with normal saline; the two prevention groups re- ceived low-dose or high-dose angenica, astragalus, and pigts trotter soup 1 week before establishment of the model; the two treat- ment groups were subjected to low-dose or high-dose angenica, astragalus and pig/s trotter soup immediately after establishment of the model; the other two groups took high-dose angenica and astragalus soup or pig's trotter soup respectively. All the measures applied to the 8 groups were finished on the 14th day after establishment of the model. Results Compared with the control group, body weight of rats in the other 7 groups showed significant differences on the 5th and 15th day after the intervention (P^0.05 for all) ; WBC of rats in the control group, the high-dose prevention group, and the two treatment groups were significantly higher than the model group on the 5th day (P^0.05 for all). Conclusion Angenica, astragalus, and pig's trotter soup has preventive and therapeutic effect on improvement of 1~/BC of myelosuppressed rats.
