摘要
目的了解护理人员能级管理知识、态度现状,为完善能级管理模式提供参考。方法按职称比例分层抽样法在乌鲁木齐市12所医院(三级医院4所,二级医院8所)抽取1 492名护理人员进行能级管理认知问卷调查。结果护理人员能级管理知识得分为21.38±4.78;不同年龄、民族、职称、工作年限和工作岗位的护理人员能级管理知识水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);70.64%护理人员对实施能级管理持中性态度。结论护理人员能级管理认知居于中下水平,有待提高。加强相关培训,提高护理人员对能级管理模式的认知,有利于能级管理的实施。
Objective To understand knowledge of and attitude toward competency-based management among nursing staff, and to provide reference for optimizing competency-based management. Methods By using stratified sampling according to nurses' profes sional titles, a total of 1 492 nurses working in 12 hospitals of Urumchi (4 tertiary hospitals and 8 secondary hospitals) were se- lected to fill in the questionnaire in terms of their cognition of competency-based management. Results Nurses' knowledge of compe- tency-based management scored 21.38-4-4.78; the scores had significant differences in nurses in different age groups, with varied nationality, professional titles, service lengths and in those placed in different positions (P~:0.05,P〈~0.01). Strictly, 70.64 % of nurses held a neutral attitude toward competency-based management. Conclusion Nursest cognition of competency-based manage- ment is at moderate level and is needed to be improved. Targeted training should be employed to strengthen nurses' cognition, sc as to help implement of competency-based management.
