摘要 目的探讨互动式教学模式在《社区护理学》教学中的效果及可行性。方法将2009级护理专科学生分为实验班(80人)和对照班(84人);在《社区护理学》教学中,对照班采用传统教学方法;实验班采用互动式教学方法,包括教师与学生互动、学生与学生互动、学生与社会之间互动教学。结果两班学生建立人际关系自评和考试成绩比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论互动式教学模式能提高学生自我效能感,增强建立人际关系能力,提高教学效果。 Objective To explore feasibility and effects of interactive teaching applied to the course of Community Nursing. Methods Nursing students enrolled in the year of 2009 for and associate degree were randomly assigned to an observation class of 80 and a control class of 84. In teaching of the course of Community Nursing, traditional teaching method was employed for the control class, and interactive teaching including teacher-student interaction, student-student interaction, and student-community interaction was given to the observation class. Re- sults There were statistically significant differences in students' self-evaluation score of establishment of interpersonal relationships, and in students~ examination scores (P^0.01 for both). Conclusion Interactive teaching improves nursing students' self-efficacy, strengthens their ability to build interpersonal relationships, and promotes teaching effect.
