银杏叶复方对脾虚证小鼠肠道推进功能、抗疲劳和抗氧化作用的影响 被引量:11

摘要 采用利血平复制脾虚证小鼠模型,观察银杏叶复方对脾虚证小鼠肠道推进功能、抗疲劳和抗氧化作用的影响。结果表明,与脾虚模型组相比,银杏叶复方能显著提高脾虚证小鼠肠道推进率和游泳时间(P<0.05),显著提高小鼠肝糖原(HG)含量(P<0.01)、血清过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力(P<0.05),显著减少血清中乳酸(LD)、尿素氮(BUN)和一氧化氮(NO)含量(P<0.05)。银杏叶复方是通过减轻血清中过量的一氧化氮对机体的损伤作用,参与调节肠道运动功能,提高了脾虚证小鼠肠道吸收功能;银杏叶复方的抗疲劳作用则与其降低运动后血清尿素氮含量,提高肝糖元的储备量,增强清除乳酸能力有关。 To study the effect of Ginkgo biloba compound on small intestine movement,antifatigue and an-tioxidant,the experiments were observed using the model mice of spleen decicinecy syndrome induced by reser-pine.The results showed that Ginkgo biloba compound could increased the propulsive rate of intestines and swimming time of mice(P〈0.05);increased the content of hepatic glycogen(HG) in the test mice(P〈0.01) and the activities of peroxidase(POD) and catalase(CAT) in the test mice serum(P〈0.05).It decreased the content of lactic acid(LD),urea nitrogen(BUN) and nitric oxide(NO) comparing to the model of spleen decicinecy syn-drome groups(P〈0.05).Ginkgo biloba compound can participate and improve the function of intestine move-ment and absorbtion in mice by decreasing the damage result from excessive NO in serum.Ginkgo biloba com-pound has the function of anti-fatigue by decreasing the content of BUN in serum after movement and increasing the content of HG and the ability of clearing away LD in serum.
