摘要
研究了不同浓度NaCl处理对浙杂204、浙杂502和浙杂809共3个番茄品种生育期、主要植株性状、果实性状及产量的影响。结果表明,3个番茄品种的生育期在盐胁迫下较CK而缩短;产量随着NaCl处理浓度的升高而显著减小;可溶性固形物含量随NaCl处理浓度的升高而有所增加,其中,浙杂809可溶性固形物含量随着NaCl处理浓度的升高增加最大;3个供试品种的耐盐性,从强到弱依次是浙杂809、浙杂204和浙杂502。120 mmol.L-1浓度可以作为番茄品种的耐盐性参考筛选浓度。
In this study,we investigated the growth and development period,plant trait,fruit trait and yield of tomato under NaCl stress with different concentrations(20,40,60,80,100,120 mmol·L-1).Compared with the control group,their periods of growth and development were shortened;plant yields were reduced;the soluble sugar contents were increased,and the soluble sugar content of Zheza809 was highest.Comparison of salt toler-ance showed that Zheza809 Zheza204 Zheza502.Moreover,the conclusion also showed that 120 mmol·L-1 NaCl was appropriate to test the salt tolerance of tomato.
