摘要
为研究偏心起爆对聚能射流形成的影响程度,利用LS-DYNA有限元软件,采用ALE方法对偏心起爆条件下聚能射流的形成过程进行了三维数值模拟,并与X光测试结果进行了对比。计算结果表明,对于此尺寸的聚能装药,偏心量为1mm时,对射流形成的影响不明显;当偏心量为2mm时,横向漂移速度会突然增加;当偏心量进一步增加时,会使射流出现严重的剪切断裂。
The 3D computational simulation results of the jet formation in shaped charge under eccentric initiation were presented.These calculations were performed using finite-element code LS-DYNA,and compared with X-Ray measurement.For this shaped charge configuration,the effect of 1mm off-center initiation on jet formation is very low,the lateral drift velocity increases drastically with 2mm off-axis initiation,and the shaped charge jet breaks severally into particles when the eccentric value increases.
