血脂康胶囊治疗痰湿阻遏型高脂血症的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Hyperlipidemia Patients with Phlegm-dampness Retention by Xuezhikang Capsules

目的:研究血脂康胶囊治疗痰湿阻遏型高脂血症的临床疗效及不良反应。方法:选取45例痰湿阻遏证的高血脂患者,采用随机、双盲、对照分成治疗组30例,对照组15例,治疗组给予血脂康胶囊治疗,对照组给予安慰剂治疗,共治疗8周,疗程结束后对2组的临床疗效进行比较。结果:2组患者血脂疗效、中医症状积分、中医证候疗效等方面比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:血脂康胶囊能有效治疗高脂血症,同时改善患者的临床症状,是安全有效的调脂药。

Objective: To study the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of Xuezhikang capsules on the treatment of hyperlipidemia patients with phlegm-dampness retention.Methods: 45 patients were divided into one treatment control and one control group randomly and double-blindly.30 patients in the treatment group were treated with Xuezhikang capsules while 15 patients in the control group were treated with placebo.8 weeks was a course of treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared after the treatment.Results: The comparison of the serum lipid efficacy,the scores of TCM symptom and the traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of the two groups showed a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: Xuezhikang capsules have effect on the treatment of the hyperlipidemia patients,improve their clinical symptoms and are safe and effective cholesterol lowering agents.
