Thanksgiving is not only the Chinese traditional virtue,but also the essence of Western civilization.Thanksgiving,as a good quality,is important and meaningful to the students＇ development in an all-round way.Bringing thanksgiving education to the students in foreign language teaching is a good and effective way,because of its＇ unique quality of language features,teaching materials,culture,curricula and so on.It is of the great significance for the teachers to strengthen the college students＇ sense of gratitude,to cultivate their sense of commitment and to build a harmonious society with the college English teaching platform.
