摘要
天然气作为低碳能源在全世界城市能源经济发展中的战略地位日趋上升,青岛城市天然气系统存在气源不足、消费结构不合理等问题。利用"3E"模型对青岛市2015年天然气消费量进行预测并对其结构进行优化研究,据此实施优化天然气供给气源结构、调整天然气终端用气结构、限制燃煤促进能源结构清洁化等战略举措,实现"十二五"期间青岛城市天然气优化发展,积极稳妥地解决现存问题。
As a low carbon energy, natural gas strategic position in the development of the urban energy economy is rising in the world. The problems of Qingdao city gas system are the insufficient source and unreasonable consumption structure. Using ＂3E＂ model to forecast Qingdao natural gas consumption in 2015 and study the structure optimization, accordingly, to optimize natural gas source structure, adjust the terminal natural gas consumption structure, and limit coal-fired for encouraging the cleaning of energy resources structure are the proper methods to realize the optimization development of gas system in Qingdao during the Twelfth Five-year Plan, which are helpful to solve the existing problems actively and steadily.
