Theory and practice of regional economical construction in the service of university scientific research

科学研究是高等学校的一项基本功能。用什么样的理论指导高校科研服务经济建设,是当下高校尤其是地方高校备受关注的问题。以发展经济学、科技经济学、教育经济学、区域均衡发展和区域非均衡发展理论为指导,运用查阅文献、走访座谈、比较分析等研究方法,探讨高校科研功能的发挥,借鉴国内外高校科研服务于区域经济建设的实践经验,在分析地方高校科研优劣势的基础上,提出提高地方高校科研服务于区域经济建设的对策建议。

Scientific research is a basic function of the higher school. The local colleges and universities should pay more attention to use what kind of theory to guide the economic construction of scientific research service. Guided by the developing economics, technology economics, educational economics, the balance and unbalance of regional development, and using research method of reference literature, visit discussion and comparative analysis, this paper discusses the function of scientific research of the play. Learning practical experience from the domestic and foreign research about the regional economical construction in the service of university scientific research, and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of local colleges and universities, the author suggests improving countermeasures of the regional economical construction in the service of the local colleges and universities.
