摘要
对14个新鲜前臂标本的血管灌注与显微解剖,发现桡动脉众多的肌间隙穿动脉在深筋膜的深浅两面形成丰富的血管网。前臂与腕部纵、横轴向的深筋膜血管网在桡骨茎突部相交汇。将蒂部设计在此,逆转皮瓣由腕部血管网、桡动脉远段的肌间隙穿动脉及掌浅、掌深支的细小返支供血,因轴向与深筋膜血管网轴向一致,长宽比例达5∶1亦能成活。此逆转筋膜皮瓣的最大优点是不损伤前臂的知名血管。
On 14 fresh forearm specimens,arich vascular network across thedeep fascia on the forearm was obse-rved.The vascular network is formedby numerous intermuscular spatialperforating branches of radial artery.For clinical application,the pedicleof the flap can be based around theradial styloid process,and the fasc-iocutaneous flap is nourished by thevascular network through the distalintermuscular perforators and tinyrecurrent branches of the radial artery.The ratio of length to width of theflap is up to 5 to 1.The principaladvantage for taking the flap lies inthe preservation of the radial artery.
