Getting Through Spring Rain and Reaping Hopes

在"春雨行动"中,大连教育学院初中教师教育中心的研训教师走进大连市13个区市县的140所初中学校。本文就视导中发现的教育教学方面的优势与成绩、问题及原因,提出了相应的对策与建议。

In the action of ＂Spring Rain＂, research and training teachers from the center of junior high school teacher education of Dalian Education University walked into more than 140 junior high schools in the 13 districts of Dalian city. The paper comes up with countermeasures and suggestions as far as the advantages, achievements, problems and reasons explored from the supervision.
