摘要
在对大连市42所不同类型幼儿园、百名幼儿园教师的教育教学视导调研结果进行分析的基础上,总结了当前大连市幼儿教师专业成长过程中取得的成绩和存在的主要问题,提出了助推幼儿园教师专业成长的研训工作的具体对策与建议。
Based on the analysis of supervision and investigation whose subjects include 42 different types of kindergartens and one hundred teachers, the paper summers up the problems and achievements inthe process of preschool teachers' professional development, and it comes up with specific countermeasures and suggestions aimed at enhancing preschool teachers' professional development and research and training work.
